At PACK ANIMAL COMPANY, we take pride in our brand by bringing you not only stylish and affordable apparel, but Maxx and Sherrol, a brother sister duo from Toronto, created Pack Animal Company based on the needs for LGBTQ+ Community in mind.
That was the starting base idea but since then the brand has now grown into a much wider range of apparel for everyone. A line of all inclusive fitness and activewear that empowers every-body to feel their best not matter what gender, shape and size you are. Feeling confident and comfortable never looked and felt this good!
What happens after my order is placed?
Once an order is received, it can take 3-5 days for orders to be shipped. Every products is handmade and fulfilled and packaged by Maxx and Sherrol the founders and the designers. This 3-5 day window allows us a realistic work time to be able to assemble and ship you items. We usually ship out a bulk set of order every Friday.
How do I know what size to get?
If your struggling to know what size to order, you can go to our sizing chart. We suggest to always measure at your waist just under your bellybutton. We Offer a wide range of sizes, so you'll be sure to find one that works for you.
What activities can I do wearing Pack Animal Company?
Pack Animal Company allows you to do everything you love to do! Working out, lifting weights, Hike, Bike ride, you name it and we got you covered. We always choose the best fabrics that allows you to do whatever you want freely without having to worry about your tight fitting clothing.
How long does shipping take?
For orders inside the Canada, it can take 3-7 days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow a minimum of 10-35 days for your order to arrive. However, due to the recent covid-19 pandemic, as well as USPS being understaffed, some delays may occur in your delivery time.
Whats your return policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are finial. If you have happened to order the wrong size or your item arrives faulty, Please reach out to us, and we'll work to rectify this for you. You will be responsible for any shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back to us.
